It takes quite a bit of work to set up for this annual event.

In the past we have allocated two days for volunteers to help with setup ... typically on the Wed and Thu  before.  That hasn't been good enough in the past, especially if weather  impacts those days.

Per requests from some folks, this year we are allocating two weeks for setup to help with the weather and the schedules for folks that want to help.

If you would like to help, click on the volunteer sign-up button below.  We request that any one person only help on one day.

Just contact us if you would like to change the day or cancel.
