Volunteers (both guys and gals) are greatly appreciated to help with setup for this event.
We now allocate two weeks for setup to best accommodate people's schedules and to compensate for bad weather. This includes one Saturday.
If you would like to help, click on the volunteer sign-up button below. We request that any one person only sign-up to help on one day. To manage it the best, we are also limiting the number of people who sign-up for a given day to 4 people.
Just contact us if you would like to later change the day or cancel.
