Would You Like To Help With Setup?

Volunteers (both guys and gals) are greatly appreciated to help with setup for this event.

In the past we have allocated two days for volunteers to help with setup ... typically on the Wednesday and Thursday  before.  That hasn't been good enough in the past, especially if weather  impacts those days.

Per requests from some folks, we are allocating two weeks for setup this year to better help with the weather and people's schedules.  This includes one Saturday.

If you would like to help, click on the volunteer sign-up button below.  We request that any one person only sign-up to help on one day.

Just contact us if you would like to later change the day or cancel.
