Would You Like To Help With Setup?

Volunteers are greatly appreciated to help with setup for this event.  Many hands makes it easy.

In the past we have allocated two days for volunteers to help with setup ... typically on the Wednesday and Thursday  before.  That hasn't been good enough in the past, especially if weather  impacts those days.

Per requests from some folks, this year we are allocating two weeks for setup this year to help with the weather and the schedules for folks that want to help.  This includes one Saturday.

If you would like to help, click on the volunteer sign-up button below.  We request that any one person only sign-up to help on one day.

Just contact us if you would like to later change the day or cancel.
